Facility
Our local beef slaughter and processing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that ensures that our beef is safe, wholesome, and delicious. Our new facility meets or exceeds USDA and state regulations. It's modular design allow us to easily expand to meet our local customer's needs. We are excited to announce that we are opening our 5,160 sq ft process facility in the near future!
Sustainability
We are committed to operating our facility in a sustainable manner. We use renewable energy sources, we recycle and compost, re-utilize by-products, and we minimize our water usage. We are also working to reduce our carbon footprint by using energy-efficient equipment and by implementing innovative sustainability practices.
Model for Other Islands
We believe that our facility can be a model for other Hawaii islands. We are working to share our knowledge and expertise with island farmers and ranchers, and we are working to expand our capacity to meet the growing demand for locally grown beef across the island. We believe that local beef production is essential to the sustainability of our communities, and we are committed to helping all islands achieve their sustainability goals.

We plan to expand our capacity and increasing our processing space based on the need. Our 10 Acre location has plenty of room to grow!
